Returning or cancelling your order 

Canada’s Baby Store is confident you will be pleased with your purchase, however if this is not the case we will gladly refund or exchange your product. 

  • Items for exchange or refund, must be unused, unworn and returned in the original packaging.
  • Products purchased at regular price may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date the item arrived at your door.

Sale Price Items

  • Products purchased on sale may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date the item arrived at your door.
  • *Important: Returns on sale items do not qualify for free return shipping and the return must be done at the customer’s expense.
  • Please contact our customer service center to receive your return authorization number.

Cancelling your order

  • If you decide to cancel your order, please notify Canada’s Baby Store Customer Service immediately either by phone (1-855-567-2345) or email (info@canadasbabystore.com).
  • If your order has not left our warehouse, we will cancel the order and refund your account.
  • If the order has left our warehouse and is in transit, we ask you to refuse the delivery so the order will be returned to our warehouse. Once we have received the returned order we will refund your account.

Damaged packages

  • If your purchase arrives with a damaged box or packaging, we advise you to refuse the delivery so the order will be returned to our warehouse. Once we have received the returned order we will refund your account.
  • If you decide to accept the damaged package, do not discard any of the packaging in case you need to return your order to our warehouse. Be sure to indicate the package was damaged when signing for the delivery (if applicable).
