Healthy Recipees for baby

Sweet Peach Mash is full of potassium, vitamin A, and vitamin C. You can mix the recipe up and add more of one ingredient to try a different taste or texture.

• Sweet Potato

Cooking Directions
1. Bake or steam the sweet potato.
2. Cool the sweet potato and dice into chunks with the skin removed.
3. Peel the peach and cut into chunks.
4. Fill one of our Feeders with the sweet potato and peach.

Bananacado is packed with potassium, vitamin K, and omega-3 fatty acids. Try varying the ratio of banana to avocado for your little one to see what they like best and to bring out more flavor.

Cooking Directions

Cut the banana and Avocado into small chunks.
Place the chunks into the Feeder.
